Upcoming Sessions
Don't have the resources for a full contract right now? Join us for our practical courses targeted to small and mighty arts organizations!Spring 2026 Sessions & Seminars:
Registration Opens on March 9th
Do you need a plan, but never have the time to complete it? Benvenuti Arts Sessions & Seminars are here to help!
These Sessions are not simply workshops: they are working sessions where you, along with other arts organizations, create the documents you need together with the guidance and support of Benvenuti Arts (BA) Consultants.
This spring, we’re hosting the following planning-focused virtual events to help small and midsize arts organizations stay the course in unstable times:
- Budgeting Seminar: April 20th, Monday, 12:00–3:00 PM ET
This 3-hour Seminar will focus on the creation of a practical annual budget and how to use it in planning and organizational management. We know many smaller groups struggle with budgeting: our CEO will make this process easier with our simple templates and clear advice on what a budget is and is not for your organization.
- Fundraising Planning Seminar: April 23rd, Thursday, 12:00–3:00 PM ET
This 3-hour Seminar will focus on the creation of a year-long fundraising plan that adapts to your creative schedule and specific organizational needs. BA will provide the template, then guide you through a series of exercises that will help you outline your fundraising year with a plan that your team (or just you!) can implement with success.
- Operations Planning Session: April 14th, 16th, and 28th, 11:30–1:00 PM ET
This month-long Session series will walk you through the creation of a 3-year plan with annual goals, quarterly metrics for year one, and a 3-year budget based on the plan. This is not a full strategic planning process, which is typically longer with stakeholder interviews and Board support. Instead, we will help you determine their ambitious, achievable goals during this process.
This series will have three (3) group meetings and two (2) 1:1 meetings with a BA Consultant.
Who is this for?
These Sessions are targeted to arts organizations with budgets of under $750K and independent artists who don’t have the time to create these on their own or the resources to pay an outside consultant for these services. Benvenuti Arts values the creation of these items at $3,500-$7,500 when created by our team. You will get the expertise, process, guidance, and 1:1 time to create these yourself at a highly discounted rate!
Prices:
- Budgeting Seminar OR Fundraising Planning Seminar: $350 (includes registration for two (2) individuals per organization).
- Operations Planning Session: $500 (includes registration for two (2) individuals per organization).
Get $50 off for each Session & Seminar with early bird registration by March 23rd!
General registration closes on April 10th for Sessions and April 18th for Seminars.

I registered and paid, what’s next?
- We will ask you to fill out a form before a session or a seminar so that our team can prepare. Expect to provide information such as past fundraising activities, past and current organizational budgets, programming plans, staff size, etc.
- During the session/seminar we will ask you to share your work with other participants and give feedback on their work. Peer learning is an important part of our Sessions & Seminars!
- BA Sessions & Seminars are meant to be live sessions, allowing participants to create relevant materials in real time with our feedback. However, you will have an opportunity to access recordings should you miss a session or seminar due to personal matters.
- Benvenuti Arts uses Google Workspace as we have determined that it is the best set of systems to use for our arts management work. This contributes to our ability to offer high-quality services at low costs for small and mighty individual artists, artist collectives, and arts organizations. Participants will receive our Drive Navigation Guide.
We’re looking forward to meeting with you at our Spring Sessions & Seminars!

“
The Benvenuti Arts Fundraising Workshop was incredibly helpful. My producing partner and I run a fledgling arts organization. Sarah walked us through the basics of multiple approaches to fundraising, all with context from her experience in the field. This helped us understand not just how to fund raise, but the trends and contexts to help us refine our approach. Sarah’s personalized support, including a personal consultation, helped us refocus our strategy towards fundraising, and gave us clear first steps, as well as long-term goals and plans. I cannot recommend her workshop enough.
